BIO

In the late autumn of 1995, two musical mages collaberated their talents and emotions to create a sound unlike the mind-poison of today that we call "mainstream". Completely dissatisfied with the standardized instruments, arrangements, and subject content of commercial bands, Fierce Culture strive to be more realistic and diverse than anything played on capitalist radio stations. Thor and Roomshaker started writing music together in the early 90's with nothing but a voice and guitar. They attempted to start a band, but it turned out sour because of musical differences. Thor joined another band, while Chuk went out and bought the Roland TR-707 drum machine and started writing music that actually interested him. A few years passed, and the two met up again with the realization that others were not necessary to create their desired sound. Chuk already had some material drafted, Thor added his insight and talents, and Fierce Culture was born. Because of all the diverse influences they share, F.C. have molded many different styles together including, but not limited to, industrial, goth, electro, darkwave, punk, black metal, terror, and experimental, and have even given their sound it's own name: Electro-Industrial Darkwave Terror.
